Bharath Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bharath began their career as a System Engineer at ICON tele systems, where they gained expertise in computer troubleshooting, sales, and networking. Bharath then joined IBM India Private Limited as a System Administrator, providing support for Unix IT infrastructure and contributing to server OS upgrades and installations. Kumar later joined Infosys as a Technology Analyst, where they served as a team leader for a research company and demonstrated strong knowledge of networking and operating systems. Bharath then transitioned to the field of cybersecurity, working as a Cyber Security Analyst at Ashland, where they mentored the CSIRT team and improved detection content for advanced attacks. Bharath also held the position of Senior Cyber Security Analyst, specializing in incident response, investigations, and information assurance. Additionally, Kumar worked as an Education Mentor at upGrad, and they are currently employed in this role.
