James Minicucci

James Minicucci is a seasoned executive in the chemical industry with extensive experience in management and strategic development. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Personal Care at Ashland since May 2023, James has previously held significant roles at Merck KGaA as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Specialty Gases, as well as at Versum Materials as Vice President and General Manager of Process Materials in Asia. Earlier in James's career, positions included Business Director at Air Products, Associate Principal at Marakon, and various engineering roles at Rohm and Haas and The Gillette Company. James Minicucci holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
