Jason Lakes is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in driving business growth and managing customer relationships across various industries, including nutraceuticals, automotive, and energy sectors. Currently serving as Global Sales Director at Pharmachem Innovations since 2024 and at Ashland since 2019, Jason has successfully directed teams and developed customer support strategies through data analysis. Previous roles include Distribution and Food Packaging Manager at Solvay, Director of Business Development and Marketing at Enduro Composites, and multiple positions at Ashland and Dow, where Jason managed account relationships and launched products in competitive markets.
