Keyana Hughes

Keyana Hughes currently serves as the Global Director of Manufacturing at Ashland since October 2023. Previously, Keyana held the position of President of Protection Operations at Avon Protection Systems from 2020 to 2023, where management of a $50M operations budget and oversight of over 1,000 employees across six sites were key responsibilities. In this role, Keyana contributed to strategic planning as an executive team member. Prior experience at 3M from 2008 to 2020 included roles such as Manufacturing Operations Manager, where leadership was provided for multiple facilities supporting the Defense industry, and Site Manager at Ceradyne Inc., where a significant reduction in recordable injuries and Lean Six Sigma savings were achieved. Keyana holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
