Throughout a career at Ashland spanning over a decade, Robert has held various leadership positions in global marketing and product management, actively driving strategic growth and innovation within the specialty chemicals sector. Prior experience includes senior roles at Ashland Specialty Ingredients and L'Oréal, where Robert managed R&D projects and ensured product quality, complemented by a foundational role at Rentokil Initial focused on technical support for cleaning services. Robert holds a PhD and a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Bristol.
