Lori Roth has extensive work experience in senior management positions. Lori started their career at The Industrial Bank of Japan in 1990 as a Vice President, where they worked until 1995. In 1995, they joined Ashley Capital as a Senior Managing Director, a role that they continue to hold.

Lori Roth attended Tufts University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Economics. Lori then pursued further education at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 1988 to 1990, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Real Estate, Finance, and Management Policy.
