Artie Byrne

Artie Byrne is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in enterprise technology strategy and operations. Currently serving as SVP Retail Tech - CIO at Ashley Furniture Industries since January 2025, Artie oversees digital transformation and infrastructure initiatives across retail and ecommerce. Previously, Artie was an Advisory Board Member for the Luxury & Retail Council at NYU Stern School of Business and held the role of CIO at SharpDuel, where strategic leadership guided technology execution for a startup in the sports betting sector. Artie's career includes significant roles at L'Oréal as Vice President of Retail Technology for the Americas and as Executive Director of Enterprise Applications at CHANEL, focusing on business process improvement and technology innovation. Artie holds an MBA in Finance Systems and IT Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Computer Science, English, and Film Studies from Rutgers University.
