Heather Nicolet

Heather Nicolet currently serves as the Sr. Director of Fleet Maintenance at Ashley Furniture Industries, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Heather spent over eight years at Xcel Energy, where responsibilities included the positions of Director of Fleet Operations and Manager of Fleet Operations. Heather's career began at Precision Pipeline, LLC, as a Fleet Administrator from October 2005 to September 2015. Academically, Heather holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lakeland University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
