Simon Kim

Simon Kim currently serves as the Director of the Project Management Office at Ashley Furniture Industries, having previously held roles such as Senior Manager and Optimization Manager within the same company. With experience as a Corporate Fellow at Microsoft, Simon contributed to the Global Partner Solutions team by developing educational resources for partner managers. A veteran of the US Army, Simon's leadership includes serving as Deputy Chief of Staff overseeing strategic operations for a division of 12,200 personnel, as well as holding various senior positions including Battalion Commander and Executive Officer at USSOCOM. Simon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematical Sciences from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A. from Webster University.
