Ashley Hall
Kathryn Phillips is an experienced educator and entrepreneur with a diverse background in teaching and operations management. Currently serving as a Spanish Teacher at Ashley Hall since August 2016, Kathryn also leads operations and customer relations for Dont Be a Foreigner, a venture dedicated to summer English immersion programs for international students in Charleston, SC. Prior teaching roles include positions as a Primary School English Teacher at CEIP Menéndez Pelayo and CPI Navia de Suarna, and as an English Language Instructor at J.M. Rivas Academia. Kathryn's early career included writing as a columnist for The Old Gold and Black and administrative work for Charleston City Slicker. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Wake Forest University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad de Salamanca.
