Caroline Thoma

Caroline Thoma is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the finance sector. Currently, Caroline serves as the Head of Commercial at Ashley Services Group since December 2023. Prior to this position, Caroline held multiple roles at Unipart Group Australia Pty Ltd from May 2007 to November 2023, including Finance Director and Finance Manager, responsible for management and financial accounting, corporate planning, and cost-saving initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Finance Manager at UTL - Supply Chain Innovators, where Caroline successfully managed the financial aspects of a major warehouse project for Vodafone, completing it on time and under budget. Caroline began a career in finance as an Accountant at Oxford University Press in 2005, contributing to various financial accounting roles and participating in a significant SAP implementation project. Caroline completed education at Bedstone College from 1982 to 1989.
