Chelsea Higgins

Chelsea Higgins has a diverse work experience starting in 2006. Chelsea began their career as a Geological Technician at Lynx Operating, where they managed and updated Exploration and Production databases. Chelsea also worked directly with the company's President on additional projects. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Geological Technician at J-W Operating, supporting a team of Geo Techs in the Exploration and Production department. In 2009, they briefly worked as an Adoptions Specialist at SPCA of Texas before returning to the role of Geological Technician at Lynx Operating, where they focused on updating map layers and gathering well and pipeline data using various software and agencies. In 2012, they joined Schlumberger as a Data Analyst, where they processed and interpreted production and completion data, generated and analyzed production plots, and created final presentations for internal and client-based projects. Chelsea then worked as a Lead Analyst at WDVG|L Petroleum Engineering Laboratories from 2019 to 2020, before joining Clearway Energy Group as a Senior Analyst from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Analyst - Project Manager at Ashling Partners, where they started in 2022 and recently transitioned to the role of Operations Lead before becoming an Operations Manager in 2023.

Chelsea Higgins attended Brookhaven College from 2006 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Geoscience. Chelsea then pursued further education at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2008 to 2025, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geology.
