Courtney Aaron

Courtney Aaron began their work experience in 2007 as an Office Manager at Osler Medical/HMA, where they supervised staff, managed scheduling, and coordinated with outside companies. In 2011, they transitioned to become a Medical Assistant at Heart Care, PL, where they obtained insurance authorizations, managed scheduling, and coordinated hospital surgeries. In 2014, they joined Health First as a Configuration Supervisor, responsible for identifying claim outliers and system configuration errors. Courtney also conducted data analysis and implemented corrective action plans. In 2016, at Health First Health Plans Inc, they served as a Systems Configuration Analyst. In 2017, they started their own business, Spot On Equestrian. Currently, they work as a Business Analyst at Ashling Partners.

Courtney Aaron completed a Master's degree in Health Care Informatics from the University of Central Florida from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their academic achievements, Courtney obtained several certifications. In April 2022, they earned the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from Pearson, as well as the Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) certification. In 2020, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. Courtney also obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from ets, inc in December 2019 and the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification from Tandem Coaching Academy in April 2021.
