Jennifer then pursued higher education at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Communication and a minor in Spanish.

In 2013, Jennifer obtained a Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) certification from the University of St. Thomas. To further enhance their project management skills, they also completed the "MS Project: Integrated into the PMI Process for Program and Project Managers" certification program at the University of St. Thomas in February 2015.
