Chris Thompson

Chris Thompson is an experienced professional in pricing and data management with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Pricing and Data Management Analyst at Ashmore since February 2013, Chris has previously held the position of Vice President in the Reference Data, Securities Services Department at Mizuho International from September 2001 to September 2012, overseeing teams responsible for critical financial data management. Earlier, Chris spent eight years at Reuters plc in various roles, culminating as Assistant Manager in the Information Management Group. Chris holds a 2:1 degree in Modern Languages (Chinese & French) from the University of Westminster and completed secondary education at Uppingham School and Summer Fields.
