Arumuga Nainar has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as General Manager - Operations at Abirami Group of Companies since April 2013, overseeing all plant operations including procurement, production, and sales. Additionally, Arumuga holds the position of Disaster Management professional and consultant at the Cancer Institute (WIA) in Chennai and previously worked as Senior Manager in the Personnel Department at Ashok Leyland since October 1997, managing personnel and property-related responsibilities.
