Hareesh Kumar

Hareesh Kumar has extensive experience in managerial and operational roles, currently serving as Divisional Manager at Ashok Leyland since July 2015, after holding positions as Senior Manager in both SPARK and as Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Aftermarket. Responsibilities have included performance evaluation, risk mitigation, and data analysis through the development of dashboards and control charts. Previous experiences include roles at Hinduja Global Solutions, Gulf Oil International Group, and Miebach Consulting, focusing on business expansion, customer classification, and supply chain analysis. Early career achievements at NTPC as an Engineer involved commissioning a 500 MW power unit, where Hareesh received multiple commendations for outstanding performance. Academically, educational background includes a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
