John Joseph

John Joseph has extensive experience in content development and training management within the automotive industry. At Ashok Leyland since May 2017, John has held roles including Manager of Content Development and Deputy Manager, focusing on the creation of skill training modules, multimedia training content, and managing training documentation for dealer service teams. Previously, John coordinated training activities as a Service Training Manager, overseeing training calendars and skill development for dealer service personnel. Additionally, John has worked as a Technical Trainer at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. and served as a Service Engineer at Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Ltd. John holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calicut.
