Laxmikant Kulkarni

Laxmikant Kulkarni is an experienced professional in manufacturing and total quality management with a career at Ashok Leyland spanning from 1997 to the present. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager for Axle Assembly and the Press Shop since July 2024, Laxmikant has previously held the position of Senior Manager in Manufacturing and TQM from 1997 to 2011, focusing on press shop manufacturing and planning, and has transitioned to TQM since September 2012. Additionally, Laxmikant has worked as the Divisional Manager for TQBM until October 2024. Laxmikant holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Manufacturing Management from Coventry University, completed between 2011 and 2013.
