Shenu Agarwal

Shenu Agarwal is an accomplished leader in the automobile and agricultural machinery sectors, currently serving as Vice President at the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) since September 2024 and as Managing Director & CEO at Ashok Leyland since December 2022. Previously, Shenu held significant positions such as Vice President at The Tractor and Mechanization Association (TMA) and President and Chief Executive of Agri and Construction Business at Escorts Kubota Limited. Shenu's extensive experience also includes vital roles in marketing, strategic planning, and international business across various organizations, including Escorts Limited and Farmtrac North America. Academically, Shenu holds an MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Honors) from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra.
