Sharif Qamar

Sharif Qamar possesses extensive experience in the field of sustainable mobility and infrastructure development. Currently serving as Associate Director and Fellow at TERI - The Energy and Resources Institute since August 2016, Sharif also holds a fellowship with the China-India Visiting Scholars Fellowship at Ashoka University-CIF since May 2020. Prior experience includes a significant role as a Senior Research Analyst at India Infrastructure Publishing from June 2009 to July 2016, contributing to various reports on transport and urban sectors. Sharif's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Economics from Jamia Millia Islamia and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Delhi University, complemented by early education at Don Bosco Academy Patna.
