Joslyn Ratcliff is a highly experienced marketing communications professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Marketing Communications Manager at ASHRAE since June 2006, Joslyn has held various roles within the organization, including Marketing Communications Manager and Manager of Web Commerce. Prior to ASHRAE, Joslyn worked as a Web Administrator at The City Paper from 2003 to 2006 and as an Online Producer at the Knoxville News Sentinel from 2000 to 2002. Joslyn obtained a degree in English with a focus on Technical Communication from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and also attended Tennessee Technological University.
