Rhiannon Masterson is an experienced professional with a background in membership management and program coordination within various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Chapter Programs at ASHRAE since June 2011, Rhiannon acts as the staff liaison for the Honors & Awards Committee and the Chapter Technology Transfer Committee. Prior to this role, Rhiannon held the position of Assistant Manager of Membership at ASHRAE, where responsibilities included liaising with the Young Engineers in ASHRAE Committee and organizing committee meetings. Rhiannon's earlier experience includes the role of Member Value and Recruitment Coordinator at the Professional Photographers of America, where marketing partner relationships and conducting educational webinars were key responsibilities. Additionally, Rhiannon was a Member Services Specialist at the Air Taxi Association, focusing on member relations and research. Rhiannon earned a BA in Communications from Oglethorpe University and studied at the Université catholique de Lille in 2006.
