Amol Masalkhamb

Amol Masalkhamb is an experienced professional currently serving as an MIS Executive and Documentation Expert at the Ashray Foundation, focusing on the Holistic Rural Development Program in Chamba, Himachal Pradesh, since March 2025. Previously, Amol worked as a Young Professional at JEEVIKA within the Rural Development Department of the Government of Bihar from July 2023 to March 2025, managing partnerships to enhance financial inclusion initiatives. Amol's earlier roles include serving as a District Thematic Lead for Insurance and Alternate Banking in Bhojpur, and internships with the Central Himalayan Rural Action Group and the Research Institute of World Ancient Tribal Culture Heritage. Amol holds a Master’s degree in Development from Azim Premji University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fergusson College.
