Paul Walker

Paul was appointed as a non-executive director in July 2018 and non-executive Chairman in September 2018. Paul is chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Finance and Administration Committee. Paul is also non-executive Chairman of Halma plc and a non-executive director of Sophos Group plc. He was previously CEO at the Sage Group plc and has served on the boards of Diageo plc, Experian plc and Mytravel Group plc.
