Douglas Wetzel

Douglas Wetzel serves as the President of Ashton North since July 2021, focusing on providing unique experiences for candidates and clients throughout the hiring process. Prior to this role, Douglas was the Vice President of Growth & Development at Element6Talent from April 2021 to December 2024 and held the position of Sr. Division Vice President at CorTech International from May 2013 to March 2021, contributing to a certified minority-owned staffing firm with a wide array of human capital solutions. Douglas also served as President & COO at Stafflogix, overseeing national staffing operations, and managed a team of National Technical Recruiters at Manpower. Earlier in the career, Douglas worked with GE as a Program Development Manager and started in the recruitment field at Rare Medium. Douglas holds a BS in Agriculture and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
