Vanessa Jones

Vanessa Jones is a highly experienced professional in human resources and employee benefits management. Currently serving as the Benefits Manager at Ashton Tiffany, LLC (now RPA) since October 2021, Vanessa has previously held positions including Employee Benefits Manager at USI Insurance Services and Johnson Financial Group. Additionally, Vanessa was the Vice President of Human Resources for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale, overseeing a team of over 250 employees, and served as the Human Resources Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of Tennessee Valley, managing more than 400 employees. Vanessa's career began with roles such as HR Conflict Resolution Specialist and HR Assistant, and includes diverse experience across various organizations. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Chapman University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at Grand Canyon University, expected to be completed in 2030.
