Bret Bailey

Bret Bailey is an accomplished professional in the home building industry with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Division President at Ashton Woods Homes since July 2022, Bret previously held the same title at Starlight Homes from January 2018 to July 2022. Prior to that, Bret was VP Operations at Ashton Woods Homes from November 2014 to January 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Division Vice President of Construction Operations and Purchasing Manager at PulteGroup from 2010 to 2014, as well as multiple roles at Centex Homes, including Purchasing Manager, Area Construction Manager, and Field Manager from 2002 to 2010. Bret holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
