Wayne Bell is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as Area Sales Manager at Ashton Woods Homes since February 2014, Wayne effectively manages a sales team. Prior to this role, Wayne held the position of Area Sales Manager at Lennar of Atlanta from November 2011, and was previously a Community Sales Manager at Ashton Woods from January 2011 to November 2011. Wayne's experience also includes working as a Sales Consultant at Traton Homes and in various sales management roles at Centex Homes from 2003 to 2009. Wayne's foundational education was completed at California State University, Los Angeles, from 1969 to 1975.
