Yvonne Cross

Yvonne Cross is a partner in the projects practice and splits her time between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Yvonne specialises in construction, operations and maintenance procurement for all forms of social infrastructure projects, with a specialty in rail, airports, roads and hospitals. Yvonne works across all aspects of a project from inception; including legal due diligence, transaction structuring and options analysis, all the way through to delivery; including document production, negotiation, deal closing and claims mitigation.

She has strong experience in utilising various procurement methods which are specifically and deliberately moulded around the unique aspects of each project and the associated procurement environment. Her experience in major infrastructure projects spans the GCC and wider MENA region as well as Africa and Australia.

Yvonne has advised on numerous market-shaping transport and infrastructure projects and her clients include Government entities, lenders, sponsors and contractors.

Yvonne is qualified in Australia (Queensland and Victoria).
