Lesley Boxall

Lesley Boxall is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as the Director, Owner, and Recruitment Partner at The Career Network in Cape Town since February 2016, Lesley focuses on matching outstanding candidates with client needs across global industries. In addition, Lesley has been a Global Executive Search Consultant at Ashwood Executive Search International since September 2022, specializing in talent acquisition and executive search across the UK, Europe, US, and Africa. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Recruitment Consultant at O'Brien Recruitment from February 2001 to August 2015, where Lesley managed the entire recruitment process and business development.
