Ricardo Barakat

Ricardo Barakat has extensive experience in engineering and education, currently serving as a representative for Ashworth Bros., Inc. since January 2014, specializing in the supply and installation of conveyor systems for various industries in the Americas. Prior roles include professor of Applied Mechanics and Thermodynamics at Anhanguera Educacional from 2016 to 2019, engineer of sales at Cooling And Freezing in 2013-2014, and mechanical engineer at WFB Comércio E Representações Ltda. from 2008 to 2013, where responsibilities included equipment installation for RFID production and machinery design for the graphics industry. Early career experience includes an internship at Tilibra Productos de Papelaria Ltda. in 2007, focusing on SMED methodology and TPM. Ricardo holds a Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
