Mohamad Muzamir Abu Bakar has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Mohamad Muzamir started their career as a Trainee Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with Malaysia Airlines in 1991. During their time there, they worked as a License Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, providing maintenance certification for various aircraft types. Mohamad Muzamir also served as a Lead Engineer Operation, assisting in managing aircraft checks and handling staff discipline.

In 2005, Mohamad joined Malaysia Airlines as a Production Line Executive Foreman, responsible for the administrative and operational aspects of a hangar maintenance section. Mohamad Muzamir later became a Project Head, overseeing the planning, management, and on-time delivery of aircraft checks. Mohamad Muzamir worked with customers from various airlines such as Saudia Airlines, KLM, Lufthansa, and Air India.

After leaving Malaysia Airlines in 2015, Mohamad joined Asia AeroTechnic (AAT) in 2016. Mohamad Muzamir initially worked as a Planning Engineer, responsible for evaluating and planning customer aircraft check projects. Mohamad Muzamir also functioned as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer, providing maintenance certification for B777 aircraft.

In 2018, Mohamad was promoted to Quality Assurance Superintendent at AAT, where they ensured the company's requirements and relevant aviation authorities were met. In 2021, they became the Director of Quality Assurance, and in 2023, they took on the role of Director of Business Development and Marketing.

Throughout their career, Mohamad has demonstrated a strong understanding of aviation maintenance, planning, and quality control. Mohamad Muzamir has experience in managing projects, coordinating with customers and commercial departments, and leading teams.

Mohamad Muzamir Abu Bakar's education history shows that they attended Sekolah Tun Syed Sheh Shahabudin in Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang from 1986 to 1990. Mohamad Muzamir achieved a first-grade result in their SPM examination during this period. In 1993-1994, they pursued further education at Air Service Training in Perth, Scotland, where they obtained a degree in LWTR (Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician).
