Prior experience includes various managerial and executive roles at Sepang Aircraft Engineering Sdn. Bhd. from December 2011 to June 2020, focusing on customer support, planning, and production processes. Raja's career began at Malaysia Airlines in April 1993, where roles spanned from Maintenance Planning to Production Control, demonstrating a strong foundation in operational excellence and compliance within aviation maintenance.
