Nayeem has also worked at Butterfield Private Bank, Europe Arab Bank, Bank of Ireland, Royal Bank of Scotland Business, and AIB in various roles related to business development and corporate banking. Nayeem has a strong track record of deal-closing and expertise in areas such as bridging finance, development finance, and specialist sectors like hotels and care homes.

Nayeem Sohal completed a Masters degree in International Banking & Financial Studies from the University of Southampton in 2001. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2000, they obtained a degree in Accounting & Finance from the same university.
