Sergio Jr. Ancao is a seasoned Senior Radio Frequency Optimization Engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently employed at Asia Peopleworks Inc since January 2021, Sergio has previously held senior roles at Metrotel Communications, Huawei Technologies, and Ericsson, among others. Notable achievements include leading teams for significant RF optimization projects, such as the Petal and Diamond Projects in the National Capital Region, where Sergio successfully completed Acceptance of Single Site Verification for thousands of 3G and LTE sites. With a solid educational background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Central Colleges of the Philippines and Roosevelt College Marikina, Sergio has demonstrated a consistent ability to enhance network performance and optimize radio frequency coverage across diverse regional projects.
