Ruvandi holds a B.Sc. in Accounting (Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Oxford Brookes University, supplemented by ongoing education through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
