NAV QIRTI is a distinguished co-founder and principal of multiple organizations, including the School of MetaSkills and the Ideactio Centre for Foresight Research and Consulting, both dedicated to innovative learning and strategic foresight practices. With extensive experience as founder of Ideactio Pte Ltd, a strategic design consultancy operating in Singapore and Germany, NAV has established a reputation for creating value for diverse public and private sector clients. As an ambassador for AsiaBerlin and a co-founder of SERVICE DESIGN SINGAPORE, NAV focuses on connecting startup ecosystems and fostering a collaborative service design community. Previous roles include adjunct lecturer at Nanyang Polytechnic, partner and director at Chemistry Team, and head of marketing at eSys Technologies, where NAV contributed to significant business growth. NAV holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from REC Hamirpur and an MBA in Marketing from Rotterdam School of Management, alongside studies at Himachal Pradesh University Business School.
