Govind Menon is an Advisory Board Member at Asian Academy of Film and Tv. Govind has also worked as a Consultant for Star TV Network from June 2013 to November 2013. In this role, they consulted for the first season of ‘Bachelorette’ India as well as Producer for the ‘Bachelorette’. Govind also supervised all the video diaries and worked with the production team on all aspects of the show. In addition, they served as a Liaison between the American writer, the network and the production company and Star TV network, India. Govind was also the Primary consultant for the ‘Bachelorette’ India for all media interaction.
From January 2012 to April 2012, Menon worked as a Director for Sony. In this role, they directed ‘Andaaz’, a weekly lifestyle show, broadcast to 167 countries.
In June 2015, Menon founded Modern Ayurveda, an online business that provides cooking videos, recipes and nutritional advice. Govind partnered with nutritionist Mary Barbour on this venture.
Menon has also worked as a Consultant for Endemol Beyond USA from June 2014 to May 2015 and Flickbag Pictures from March 2012 to May 2014.
From August 2007 to December 2011, Menon served as Co-President of Nuclear Mango Studios.
Govind Menon has a 2 month chef’s training from Matthew Kenney Culinary Academy, an M.A. in Film from The University of Texas at Austin, and a B.A. in Theater/Film from Middlebury College.
