James Cheng

James Cheng is a seasoned leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, currently serving as the Global Senior Director and Head of Inclusion at Zimmer Biomet since June 2020, where responsibilities include developing global strategies and leading employee resource groups. With extensive experience across various organizations, including Gilead Sciences and Cargill, James has a strong background in human resources and inclusion strategy formulation that enhances workplace environments and drives business outcomes. Additionally, James holds several board positions, including with Diversity MBA Media and NAAAP chapters in New York and Minnesota, and has founded CHENG Advisors Consulting to assist clients in developing talent strategies. James's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University and degrees in Computer Systems, RF Communications, and Computer Science/Electrical Engineering.
