Janice Tsao

Janice Tsao is Asian Americans Advancing Justice Southern California’s Vice President of Administration. She is a mission driven and social impact leader that has dedicated her career to serving the under-served. Her passion has brought her to international non-government organizations working in the majority world with indigent communities, survivors of human trafficking, refugees, and domestic community-based organizations serving vulnerable populations such chronically homeless, seniors, and women. She has a successful track record for capacity building, attracting additional revenues, developing new programs and creating operational structures that support organizational growth. Janice holds a Master of Arts from Fuller Theological Seminary.
