Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Asian Americans for Equality (AAFE) is responsible for steering the organization toward its mission of advancing racial, social, and economic justice for Asian Americans and other systematically disadvantaged communities. This team oversees strategic planning, organizational governance, financial management, and implementation of key initiatives. By setting priorities, guiding program development, and ensuring effective resource allocation, the Leadership Team ensures AAFE's continued impact and growth within the communities it serves throughout New York.
