Pauline Salgado

Pauline Salgado is a dedicated mental health professional with a focus on supporting children, youth, and families. Currently serving as a Mental Health Counselor at Asian Counseling and Referral Service since June 2022, Pauline provides vital mental health, crisis, and case management services to Medicaid-eligible clients in King County. Previous experience includes a role as School Counselor at The Overlake School, where Pauline led school-wide mental health initiatives and supported numerous student clubs and programs. Pauline also gained valuable experience as a School Counseling Intern at Washington Middle School and as a Tutor at Denny International Middle School. Early career contributions involved mentoring high school youth interns and assisting in e-commerce efforts at Seattle Goodwill Industries. Pauline holds a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on School Counseling from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington.
