Alain Morel

Alain Morel is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in urban development, water management, and procurement, currently serving as Principal Urban Development Specialist at the Asian Development Bank since October 2014. Notably, Alain Morel has held various leadership roles within the Philippines Country Office, including Principal Country Specialist and Senior Country Specialist. Earlier experience includes leading the Wastewater Planning and Design Department at the Water Authority of Fiji and directing the Water and Sanitation Team at Hydroconseil.
