Andre Palacios

Andre Palacios currently serves as Associate Dean and Assistant Professor at the University of the Philippines Diliman's College of Law, specializing in International Law, ASEAN Law, and Infrastructure Law. In addition to academic roles, Andre holds prominent positions such as Director of the UP ASEAN Law Program and Executive Director of the UP Master of Laws Program. As a partner at LGTON LAW and Chairman of the International Law and International Affairs Committee of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Andre actively contributes to legal practice and policymaking. With experience as a Senior Legal Expert at the Asian Development Bank and a history of leadership roles at the Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines and the Millennium Challenge Account-Philippines, Andre has a robust background in infrastructure and development law. Andre's educational achievements include a Master of Laws in International Law from UCL and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
