Balabhaskara Reddy Bathula

Balabhaskara Reddy Bathula is a highly experienced professional with a successful tenure at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) since December 2007, currently serving as Regional Head of Operations Coordination. In this role, Bathula monitors and coordinates significant development operations related to climate change and investment projects for the People's Republic of China and Mongolia, achieving notable results in climate finance and project management. Prior roles at ADB include Advisor in the Strategy, Policy and Partnerships Department, where Bathula ensured quality review alignment for sovereign operations, and several leadership positions overseeing project management and portfolio improvement across South Asia and the Pacific region.
