Daniel Hersson

Daniel Hersson is a seasoned professional in venture capital and clean technology, currently serving as the Senior Fund Manager at Asian Development Bank's ADB Ventures since May 2014, where investments are directed towards impactful early-stage technology companies in Emerging Asia. Previously, as a Team Leader and Consultant for ADB, Hersson managed initiatives to accelerate cleantech entrepreneurship across Asia. Co-founding Infuse Ventures, a prominent clean energy fund in India, showcases a strong entrepreneurial background. Hersson's extensive experience with BP includes roles as Director of Strategy where significant investments were made in clean energy startups and as an Economist focusing on global economic trends. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Economics from The London School of Economics and a dual degree in Political Science and Economics from Uppsala University.
