Joanna Tecson

Joanna Tecson has extensive experience in budget and management services, with a career spanning over 14 years at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) since August 2009. Joanna currently serves as an Associate Budget and Management Services Officer, providing coordination and analytical support related to budget preparation and management. Joanna has held multiple roles within ADB, including Budget and Management Services Coordinator, Short Term Assignment with the Fragile and Conflict Affected Situations Team, and Senior Budget and Management Services Assistant. Prior to ADB, Joanna worked at Devex as a Senior Member Support Associate, overseeing member support and financial management. Joanna began a career in research as a Research Assistant at the University of the Philippines after earning a BA in Public Administration in 2004 from the same institution.
