Josephine Marie Tulfo-Soriano

Josephine Marie Tulfo-Soriano currently serves as a Senior Learning and Development Program Manager at the Asian Development Bank since March 2019, focusing on program design and development. Prior to this role, Josephine was the Senior Manager for Corporate Talent Development at Jollibee Group of Companies from November 2016 to March 2019, where strategic interventions were implemented to enhance talent pipeline management. Josephine's extensive experience also includes a decade at MERALCO in various HR capacities, including HR Business Partner for Meralco Subsidiaries and Team Lead for Leadership and Behavioral Training, contributing to numerous strategic HR initiatives and leadership development programs.
