Jules Guiang

Jules Guiang, MPA, currently serves as a Development Communications Specialist at the Asian Development Bank since November 2022, focusing on enhancing communications and relationship management for a sustainable Asia and the Pacific. Concurrently, Jules works as a Faculty Lecturer at the University of the Philippines Open University, teaching Voluntary Sector Management, and has held various roles in the media and development sectors, including as Head of Community at Rappler and Co-Founder of the 2030 Youth Force. Jules holds a Master of Public Administration and has extensive experience in youth empowerment and communications, contributing to numerous initiatives aimed at promoting the Sustainable Development Goals across the Asia-Pacific region.
